1.    PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

Eurosoftware, s.r.o., Identification No. 25216287, with its registered office at Radčická 60/40, Plzeň – Jižní předměstí, Post Code 301 00, registered in the Commercial Register administered by the Regional Court in Pilsen, Section C, Insert 9454 (“Eurosoftware, s.r.o.”), as a personal data controller, provides the following information in the way and scope of personal data processing it performs.

The term “Personal data” in the sense of Article 4 of EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) means all information concerning an identified or identifiable natural person, such as name, address, e-mail address, IP address, etc.

Visitor’s personal data is processed in the following cases:

a)     If someone visits the www.eurosoftware.cz web page, the information is sent automatically by the server of the web browser used by the visitor on their device.  Such information is stored temporarily in the log file.  

The following data is thus recorded and deleted automatically later:
- IP address
- date and time of access to the web page
- address of the opened URL page
- quantity of transferred data
- browser type and version
- operating system
- mobile device type
- referrer-URL (the web page from which access was made)

b)     Eurosoftware, s.r.o. also makes it possible to contact the individual departments by means of a contact form provided on the web page. In such a case, the visitor is required to provide the data needed by the company (marked as mandatory) to identify the person sending the question and to contact him/her subsequently. The personal data provided in connection with the contact form completion is kept for the period needed to attend to the question or during the period of a selection procedure, however for 6 months at the latest. 

c)      The web page uses cookies (small text files located in your device) used to provide web pages, online services and to collect data. The company collects such data after entering the web page. The cookies used on the web pages are classified into the following categories:

1. Strictly necessary cookies – they allow you to visit the web pages and use their basic functions. No approval is necessary for these types of cookies and they are deleted automatically after leaving the web site.


2. Functional cookies – are used to recognize your return to the web page, making it possible to personalize the displayed contents. Such cookies collect anonymous information and cannot monitor your movements on other web pages. They are valid for a maximum period of 2 years.

3. Analytical and performance cookies – they make it possible to recognize and count the numbers of visitors and to see how they move on the web pages. Personal data is processed on the basis of the following legal grounds:

-  The processing is necessary for the purposes of the justified interests of the respective data controller or a third party.

The data controller will not disclose personal data to any third country or any international organization.

When processing personal data, the data controller does not make any automated decisions or profiling of data subjects.

The www.eurosoftware.cz web page uses materials such as pictures, photographs, graphics, logos, videos and text (the “Material”). The Material is the property of Eurosoftware, s.r.o. and, as such, it is protected under the provisions of the Copyright Act and of the Trademark Act and follows from the personal rights existing under the Czech law. Any use of the Material beyond the framework of the personal purposes is subject to the prior written consent of Eurosoftware, s.r.o. The same also applies to any changes in the Material and to Material provision to third parties.

Further, the data subject has the right to file a complaint concerning personal data processing by the data controller with the competent supervisory authority, i.e. the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Czech Republic.
